When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

I did this about three years ago. I had the idea of a fairy sitting on a bubble while looking at a beta fighting fish in a petshop...then it occured to me...why a bubble? Why not a globule of water? With a fish inside.... it only occured to me later ...how was the fairy sitting on a globe of water? (shrug, what do I care? She's a mystical being of whimsy. )

The soft clothing that wraps the bubble is incredible and how the fish and fairy gaze at each other in interest is amazing. This one perfectly captures the feeling of a magical encounter.
